2017 Workshop Schedule




November 14, 2017 “Must Haves” seminar + 25 minute Consulting Session. This is perhaps the most unique offering PTAC has done!  After you register to attend, decide what has been the most burning question you need assistance on, send to PTAC, then after the seminar, you will have a 25 minute meeting with the presenters from GOVtips – Dave and Dona Storey.  Both are experts in the field of federal procurement as well as being small business owners.

This program will prepare you to do the following:

Market your capabilities effectively in order to land contracts

Team successfully in order to win contracts

Have website content that attracts customers and wins contracts

Have a tactical plan for working tradeshows and business fairs in order to find and land contracts

Have all the items you need to respond faster and competitively to RFPs to win contracts.


November 16, 2017  “Power Up SWVA – A Cybersecurity & Manufacturing Summit”.  SW Va Higher Education Center.  Hosted by many regional business partners.  A day filled with  SMEs, regional and state business, educational and manufacturing leaders who collaborate to address three topics crucial to SWVA’s future success:  small business development, cybersecurity and manufacturing.  Presented at no cost.
